What i've learned about life is that style makes for better experiences.

Aaliyah Sherie’s life of style has evolved her into a style director, model citizen and social light. Her witty identity and sense of style is reflected in her work and lifestyle. The media maven is enroute to establish digital dignification all over the globe. The founder of the emerging tech company A•STYLE NETWORK is plugged in to make the digital world more aesthetically aligned and internally connected.

Aaliyah was one to shy away from the spotlight only stepping into focus for performing arts. Aside from primary subjects like English and technology Aaliyah majored in Drama, minored in Dance, and Cheered for extra curricular.

The end of her high school career proved to be pivotal as she developed her creative communication skills, participating in activities like Journalism, Yearbook club, digital web design and photography.

She opted out of a College Scholarship for personal development and learning on the job. She’s since worked as a fashion stylist, copy writer, digital designer, producer and creative director in the fields of media publishing and production, fashion styling and merchandising, public relations and events.

Life’s events serve as a meeting point for creation and connections. Being a social light in the digital space and irl has made way for insightful memories. In the midst of every task, assignment and location A•STYLE always had tabs open in the background as far back to 2016. What started as mental downloads has finally arrived on the digital scene. Being connected to the source of all things God has illuminated a pathway that’s savvy, stylish and saved.

With years of media experience in content creation, fashion styling, and lifestyle marketing Aaliyah Sherie has produced content, video shows, podcasts, and events in the Miami Area. These actions paired with developing Media and PR for other brands laid the groundwork for establishing her own platform and connections.

Style is important to me because it’s a way to share my choices. It was once a time when I didn’t trust my choice or my voice enough to fully express them. A breakthrough moment for me would be the time I started making fashion sets on sites like Polyvore. I couldn’t afford luxury items but that online access served as a resource for me to “pull” outfits together. I created looks for almost a year before sharing them on Twitter and Instagram. I wasn’t sharing for external validation I was sharing because my validity was clear to me.

Style equates choice and exercising the liberty to choose leads to a journey of discovery that's unique in everyway..

As a stylist – writer, designer and director, my job is to turn fashion, beauty and lifestyle pieces into whole experiences. This is style harmony: exploring arrangements till I find peace. Style is about aligning what’s outside with what I know inside. I plot points from the origin of my mind into my style, taste, and design.  I work remotely but I’m physically located in South Florida.

The delivery of my identity comes by clarity, everything blocking the flow has to go. Since 2013 I’ve walked through the problem-solving guide of God’s holy spirit. Such insight is downloaded and delivered into my lifestyle and style of work.

When I’m confused it’s hard to make decisions, so I don’t. This period of double-mindedness is usually when I’m not thinking for myself. Either because of people-pleasing comparison, inadequacy, fear, rejection and ultimately all these served as obstacles to my 1. identity, 2. curiosity and 3. creativity.
